Data and purpose

We process the contact details and project information you submit to assess and answer your request, prepare a proposal where requested, and manage any resulting business relationship. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or performance of a contract where applicable.

Technical logs may be processed to operate and secure the website. This is based on our legitimate interest in website security.

Recipients and international transfers

Vercel may process technical data to host and deliver this website. Resend / Plus Five Five, Inc. processes the email address, sending metadata and request content needed to deliver form emails. Providers may process data outside the EEA using applicable transfer safeguards. We do not sell personal data or use the form data for advertising profiling.

Retention

Contact and quotation requests are normally kept for up to 24 months from the last meaningful exchange, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires a different period. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s security policies.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority, including the Italian Garante.
